Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive an appropriate refund.

Returns & Refund Policy
At Vestryn, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
To request a return, please contact us at vestrynsupport@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to return.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at vestrynsupport@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Where a return is required because of our error or a faulty item, you will not be required to bear the reasonable return postage cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
Order Cancellations
Where available, orders may be cancelled through our store within 15 minutes of being placed, provided fulfilment has not begun.
This 15-minute period relates only to our automatic order-cancellation facility and does not affect any cancellation or return rights you may have under UK consumer law.
If you wish to cancel an order after this period, please contact us as soon as possible at vestrynsupport@gmail.com. If the order has already entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we may be unable to stop the shipment, and you may need to follow the returns process once it arrives.
Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where an exception is permitted by law, such as personalised or made-to-order products, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
